Independent Living

Independent retirement living, sometimes called 55+, is no-maintenance living at its best. This option is perfect for seniors who do not need daily assistance with medical conditions. In this environment, no health care support is provided, but residents receive the full benefit of retirement living with social events, dining options, wellness and more just steps from their door.

Assisted Living

Assisted living is best for residents who need some health care support with activities like mobility, dressing, bathing and medication management. These support items are sometimes called activities of daily living and our onsite health experts are there to assist, day or night.

Memory Support

Our secure memory support community at The Landing is compassionately crafted to meet individual needs of residents who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We know that memory care involves the entire family, so communication is a key component of support.

Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Support

Long-term and skilled nursing support is available at two small homes located right on campus. Cove House and Harbor House, available through a collaboration with Tabitha, a local skilled nursing organization, revolutionize the nursing home culture. They support residents recovering from a hospital stay or injury and those who need ongoing complex medical support. With all the comforts of home, residents here are empowered to lead an independent lifestyle.
