Senior living apartments at Pacific Springs start at $2,897 per month plus a one-time entrance fee. These fees include maintenance-free retirement living and features like paid utilities, 24-hour security, housekeeping, ground and apartment maintenance and onsite social and wellness activities. You’ll have access to it all, including our state-of-the-art wellness facility.
