We are pleased to offer affordable 55+ retirement living at Trinity Courtyard for area retirees of all walks of life. As an equal housing community, monthly fees are based on resident income, assets and medical expenses. Rent costs will be no more than 30% of an individual’s adjusted income. 

These senior living apartments are made possible through affordable federal programs and all residents must meet income requirements and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.

Immanuel Communities and Lifespace Communities, both not-for-profit owners and operators of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), reached a mutual agreement to transfer ownership and management of Lifespace’s Des Moines, IA., and Lincoln, Neb.-based campuses into Immanuel’s family of retirement living communities. Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed at this time.
