Thrive at Trinity Courtyard

Through resident-led social activities and organized wellness and enrichment events, Trinity Courtyard residents experience the most valuable amenity of retirement living—social connection.

For older adults, experiencing loneliness can be just as detrimental as physical chronic conditions. Our social opportunities are largely resident-led groups but also include scheduled outings, Bible studies, worship services, health clinics, wellness support and more.

Express your creativity through a variety of artistic mediums at Immanuel. Join us for painting events, crafting, woodworking, knitting, crocheting and more. If you prefer to enjoy the artistic works of others, there are opportunities to visit art galleries and museums.

Immanuel has a vibrant social atmosphere. Each day presents new opportunities; you could play cards with friends, enjoy coffee or happy hour socials, join a special interest club, enjoy movie nights and discuss current events. Maybe you would like to participate in outings to local restaurants and pubs, shopping trips and connect with your neighbors through community events. Get involved with intergenerational activities through our partnerships with schools, daycares, home schools, church groups and student volunteers.

We are deeply committed to serving and connecting with local organizations and charitable causes that serve our communities. Give of your time and talents to serve others by participating in service projects and programs that help those in need.

Recreation and leisure activities are vital components of living a full and engaged life. Take delight in spending time with friends or family engaging in activities such as bocce ball, billiards, dancing, Wii bowling, bridge, cards, games, fishing, shuffleboard and gardening, just to name a few!

Healing, joyous, uplifting and life changing, Immanuel offers music programs that engage and entertain through participation in vocal and chime choirs, playing instruments and premier musical entertainment.

By connecting with the local community, we connect with each other, forming meaningful relationships. Enjoy a variety of enriching cultural experiences such as trips to shopping venues, museums, lectures, symphony/theater performances and sporting events.

Join us in the Thrive Wellness Center, where your health and wellness is our goal. Staffed by wellness professionals, Thrive staff will provide you with a personalized exercise program to help you meet your fitness goals. We offer a wide variety of exercise classes, health educational programming and special events throughout the year. Let’s get started on your wellness journey!

We welcome all faiths and backgrounds, and support individuals in their spiritual journey. Our pastors are active and integrated members of our communities, leading Bible studies, community worship and spiritual educational activities. They provide pastoral care for residents on a personal level, whenever they need encouragement or spiritual guidance. Our communities have a rich Christian heritage and spiritual support and nourishment are a vital part of the Immanuel lifestyle.

Learning can take on many forms: classes, adventures, seminars and memorable trips. Take part in many lifelong learning themed programs. Experience new adventures with Immanuel Explorers, traveling to destinations such as Las Vegas, and Branson, Missouri, or take an Alaskan cruise. In addition, day trips have included the Crane Migration, Bridges of Madison County and Loess Hills.
